Will entered the commercial real estate industry in 2012. He was previously with a Southern California-based commercial real estate brokerage where he was responsible for sourcing new business and maintaining relationships with the firm’s past clients.
Will Joined Thomas Company in 2014. Will’s primary responsibility is managing the firm’s transactions. In this capacity, Will guides interested parties through the offering process and leads every transaction through closing. Additionally, Will is responsible for developing new business opportunities. This responsibility includes actively collecting and managing the criteria for the 1031 exchange capital that the firm is tracking, ensuring that the firm’s clients have exposure to this active and aggressive source of capital. Will also oversees management of the Thomas Company database.
