Jonathan Murphy

Jonathan joined Thomas Company in March 2019. His primary responsibilities are collaborating to create offering memoranda for disposition assignments, which includes fully underwriting assets to uncover issues affecting asset value, and serving as the point-of-contact for investor questions relating to offerings and their due diligence materials.

 

His past experience includes equity valuation and financial research. Most recently, he was with Weyerhaeuser’s Acquisitions and Divestitures division, where he was responsible for commercial timberland valuation, disposition analysis, financial modelling, database management, and tracking timber market activity.

 

Jonathan completed an undergraduate degree from University of Washington, is a graduate of Seattle University, with an M.S. in Finance, and is a CFA level III candidate.
