CVS Unlevered Portfolio

Recently negotiated and closed the sale of a nine property CVS portfolio with brand new locations in Texas and Washington, totaling over 120,000 square feet of retail space. The portfolio was offered free and clear of debt with 25 year leases in place with no rent holiday and 10 five year options to extend. All properties are supported by absolute triple-net leases with no landlord responsibilities.
