Recently negotiated and closed the sale of a 12.75-acre site located in Moorpark, CA. The parcel is 100% leased to the main operating subsidiary of The Home Depot, Inc. (S&P: A-) through January  2029 and features three 10-year extension options. The Property was structured as a highly-leveraged zero cash flow investment, with long term non-recourse amortizing debt in place.
