Since joining Thomas Company in June 2025, Parker has brought a fresh perspective and a strong financial foundation to the firm. As an analyst, he supports the team across a wide range of functions—from underwriting and market research to transaction support and marketing execution. His ability to contribute across departments reflects both his versatility and his commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Before joining Thomas Company, Parker worked at Litehouse Inc., where he gained exposure to both marketing and finance. Collaborating with teams across departments, he contributed to cross-functional projects that deepened his understanding of business operations. It was during this time that Parker discovered a strong interest in finance, particularly in how data-driven financial decisions shape long-term strategy—an interest that ultimately led him to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

Parker is a graduate of Boise State University’s College of Business and Economics, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in entrepreneurship. His academic background has equipped him to think critically, evaluate complex real estate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the firm. He plays an active role in underwriting net lease assets, preparing offering materials, and supporting deal execution. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, Parker continues to build his expertise in the net lease space while contributing meaningful value to both colleagues and clients. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Idaho.
